I have used Spearhead Insurance for all my SF properties since 2009. They provide excellent service and continue to do so. I bought a MF property in 2016, and they provided the insurance for it as well. In 2017, we reached out to them again for renewal. The initial feedback was not good, and I was expecting increase costs due to Hurricane Harvey even though we did not have any claims. Koren kept working with insurance companies to get us a good rate. She was able to get a slight decrease from our previous year policy, which we appreciated a lot. Our single family insurance was complicated and they helped us find the best complete coverage. Outstanding Customer Service – I called Koren for a flood insurance quote (property was in flood zone) after getting two quotes from other agents that seemed high. Koren took the time to explain that all flood insurance goes through the exact same process and if the agents enter the same information the quotes will be EXACTLY the same.
